Use fictional names to protect the identity of individuals and organizations discussed in your post, Business Discussion Posts

There is a lot that goes into writing well. This week we looked at factors such as writing for our readers, writing with a specific purpose in mind, and forming our writing to fit the situation. Think about a time when you were trying to communicate with someone who didn’t seem to consider who you are, what you needed, or what they were trying to accomplish. How did that make the conversation difficult? Then think about conversations you’ve had where these factors were taken into account. How much easier did that conversation flow? What can this comparison tell you about the importance of sticking to the rules of communication we discussed in the readings this week?
