Dr. Levin provided me a copy of the attached article about new business ventures in Washington and their difficulty with cash. It is interesting from our perspective. We study accrual basis accounting and there was one homework assignment on cash basis accounting.

  Here is an article that puts forth the reason why the Framework for SME (Small and Medium Entities) within the FASB is being developed as a versatile document.
