Public Higher Education Policy
In the United States of America, access to higher education continues to have growing problems for both the older and younger generation considering advancing the current circumstances and furthering their education. Many of these citizens are unable to continue their education because of several reasons: one being college affordability, two inadequate elementary and secondary education and three insufficient public school guidance counselors or teachers.
Examination and research on this topic will be instigated using information from the federal government Department of Education, Florida Department of Education and several other states to compare the quality of education and how it varies from state to state. The Obama administration has initiated several changes to the educational policies that was signed into law under the Bush Administration that has failed many of our children and hindering their attainment to pursue higher learning at the college level. Other research information that will be addressed in the paper is:

· Obtaining related references and sources for summary of the topic
· Cultivate a public policy statement and resolution
