it has been reported that one out of five projects is unsuccessful due to ineffective communications and as we have learned, communication is one key element which has to be applied effectively throughout a project’s life cycle from the beginning till the end.  With this being said, why is it (in your opinon and / or experience), that Project Managers are not communicating effective?
