Select a favorite recipe of your choice. Include the name, ingredient amounts and procedures.

Identify a health conscious goal and the benefits of your choice.

  • Suggest recipe modifications to the recipe to be able to meet your goal.
  • Identify at least 5 changes to the recipes, including changes to ingredients and cooking techniques, that will make this dish more nutrient dense and keep fat and sodium content within recommended levels while preserving much of the flavor.
  • Explain how your changes will make this meal more healthful.
