mediation brief
I have homework to write mediation brief. This is what my professor said, 1. Please write a short mediation statement as the lawyer for a party in a roleplay in which you played the lawyer or client — either Waltham v. Foster or Termination Tempest. You may consult the roleplay instructions for the other person (lawyer or client) on your team — do not consult any confidential instructions for the other side in the case. 2. As an example, see the attached brief written by me for Mumbai Partners. I don’t expect yours to be as long, but do the best you can.
I attach the example for the prief also I send to you roleplays which you will write about. I play in Termination as defendant and I play in Waltham as plaintiff . choose what you want.but write as lawyer for plaintiff or defendant
