An interview is less formal not being accuse and an interrogation is formal designed to get the suspect. A example is when the police stop you to ask tough questions about a robbery (interrogation) . Do you anyone that might destroy your property? (interview)

Deadly force will lead to bodily harm maybe the officer or the suspect. So i agree that police officers should use a taser maybe to get control of a situation going awry but police should understand that tasering a person too many times leads to death
