You are the Dining Room Manager (DRM) for a startup restaurant that will provide full service to guests. As the DRM, you need to create a list of employees needed to provide quality service to the customers.
Describe briefly style of your restaurant and style of service.
Identify the positions in the Front of House that you will need to provide quality service.
Identify each positions’ primary job function.
Create an organizational chart for the reporting relationships of the dining room service staff.
