Complete Business Communication Classmate Response

Instant messaging, texting and social media works in business when trying to communicate with someone. When it comes to effective technology in the work place I see how my managers use their email and phones to communicate with each other when they are not in the same location. It allows them the chance to communicate with one another. I believe that is inappropriate when it interferes with your job. When you can not get off the technology to acknowledge your employees and allows you to not do your job that is when it is not helpful. I would try to implement that your job comes first not technology and that you use technology when it is necessary.
