I have a small assignment; not formal paper. Just need a brake down of how the answer was figured out. I just need to know the type of damages you think the defendant should be charged for and the amount. There is no correct answer.

This topic is from my Forensic accounting class and i can provide the docs to view and case.

Read the sample complaint and determine if the previous employee/defendant owes for damages under counts 1, 2, and 3. assuming this person is found guilty.

What would the total damages be for each count and what info was used to get your answer?
