What type of leadership style did you employ in each of those situations?  How effective were you in leading those situations?  What would you do differently if you could do them again?  If possible, speak with someone who has ‘followed’ you and discuss with them what type of leader they feel you were.  Does that agree with the type of leadership style you felt you were using?  Why or why not?
