Assignment in which I have to advice a business man who wants to establish a hotel with food and beverage facilities in Singapore. The areas you advice: 1. The legal responsibilities of a hotel operator to guests. 2. The legal and regulatory framework relevant to tourism, hospitality and events management. Must use one Singapore law and not foreign law.
